I work at Hughes in Germantown building internal systems and processes that maintain FCC, FTC, and state compliance while reducing churn and streamlining how the business runs. I started in 2019 as an operations intern and moved into program management on the consumer side.

Most of my time goes to analyzing data to find ways to increase efficiency, reduce cost, or reduce churn. I use SQL and Python for analysis, Power Automate for automation flows, and AI consistently throughout my work. I maintain detailed documentation and take the lead on cross-team initiatives.
